Skip was guaranteed to be delivered prior to 7AM, skip didn't actually leave the depot till 7:30 and didn't arrive on site until after 8:30 - huge project delays for us as a result

I had dial up internet with Dodo for one year, towards the end of the year I needed to notify them to cancel my internet so they wouldn't charge me for the next year. This was almost impossible, requiring me to email them approximately 10 times and get no response, and call about 5 times. Despite this they still charged me for the next year - the process to get this money back was difficult, with one of their customer service operators being so rude that I ended up needing to take up the case with the ombudsman in order to get it resolved.

We joined Wine Selectors after seeing their display at the airport. The wines we tried at the time were great, and it seemed a great way to try a variety of wines at a reasonable cost. Overall we have been fairly happy with the service and the wines that have been delivered. The only issue is that the lady at the airport display never mentioned the delivery cost of the wine, while this is not expensive it would have been good to know that we also needed to pay this.

This is a great gym, the staff really care about you and your health and make an effort to remember your name and where you are trying to go in terms of fitness. The classes are at convenient times, and you are able to get into the classes whenever you want.

We visited the Tudor Inn several times to try it out as we had recently moved to the area. Overall we found the bar itself to be ok, if you are just heading out for a couple of drinks, but the restaurant really lets the entire venue down. The food is quite expensive and fairly low quality. They appear to cater to the retiree set, with cheap meals for pensioners, however as we do not fall into this category this is not relevant.

We used Aussie Farmers Direct for about 6 months, overall the service and quality of the milk and cheese we had delivered was great, the convenience was the main draw card and I liked knowing that we were supporting Australian farmers. We also had the fruit and vegetable boxes delivered weekly, and this is where we had issues, there were several times when the quality of the produce was very poor (i.e. mouldy strawberries, over ripe fruit etc). This was a shame as I really wanted to continue using the service, but found I could get better quality (for a cheaper price) by actually visiting a local fruit and vegetable store. I was happy to pay more for the convenience, but not at the cost of high quality produce.

This is some of the better Indian food you can get in Cheltenham. They prepare the food quickly and are a family favorite for us when we need to get take away. We have dined in only once and weren't that impressed with the facilities, the restaurant is just too big, and lacks atmosphere, unless they have the indian band playing, which then doesn't allow you to have a conversation. I would therefore recommend them for take away.

I take our dog here regularly for grooming (well every few months). He does not like being brushed and can be quite timid, so I'm always very careful about where I take him. When you walk in the door of pets on park, they know who your dog is, and really give the impression that they will care and look after your dog while they are being washed.

We have gone to the physical auctions quite a few times and have really got some bargins, however you do need to be careful. You get the best deals on high quality items that are end of lines (i.e. the manufacturer discontinues the range so they sell off the remaining stock very cheaply. Through this we have got a 5 burner Blanco oven and cook top for less than a third of the price you can buy it in a store, and there was nothing wrong with it, and really made a big difference to our kitchen renovation.

This is one of the best vets I have ever been to, they really care about your pets, and make an effort to enquire about their general health and well-being, not just the problem at hand. They have de-sexed two of my animals and both animals recovered extremely quickly and the wound was extremely neat and clean (this is in comparision to another local vet who did not treat one of our other animals so well). The reception staff are also lovely, they really make an effort with many of the elderly people who bring their pets in and also remember your pets from visit to visit.
