Car Park pay stations smell like urine
Pay station does not allow you to make Mobile/contactless payment.
Called for assistance via paystation multiple times - no answer! Called Secure Parking phone number multiple times - no answer!
Caught cab went home got money / cab back.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Seriously? $72 for 3.5 hours? I nearly fell over when I saw the figure on the screen. For that I want VALET parking, a car wash and an oil change! It's precisely this kind of thing that drives car and foot traffic to the suburban shopping centres. Well, this plus excessive costs for public transport.
Get over yourself, Secure Parking. I should have realised the price would be ridiculous when I saw how many vacant spots were available.

I'm sorry to read about your experience :( I've been bitten by Secure Parking in the past too. I faxed in a complaint to their head office about being overcharged for parking (the amount it should have cost was advertised on a sign on the wall and the amount the machine charged me was a LOT more!) and they didn't even have the decency to respond to my complaint, let alone refund the difference!
I hear that often, sonieee. Such a pity; there is the potential to be an excellent business in terms of customer service and the service in general that it provides.
