Ok hers the deal.I called there about a custom built unit for my bedroom i made the call had a chat,And they suggested i send them designs for the measurements and the kind of timber i wanted which is fair enough.Now when i got it done we had anouther chat and said look it will take me a few days and i promise to call you back to get a quote and give you a timetable of when it could be built but they did say allow for about $5000 maximum and im like yep ok,no worries speak to you in a few days,,Days later,No call or email,,Weeks later,,No call or email,,Over a month later yep you got it right folks,No call or email to say look this is what the deal is..Now i do fully understand that in this day and age customer service has gone right out the window i mean hey,Why complain after all were only the ones who are paying for it,after all if you want customer service you might have to wind the clock back.But in this day and age where there apparently is a (GFC) still hurting small business you would honestly think that small busnisses out there would be chasing every dollar they could get the hands on.But no not this company,they can afford to lose customers who are prepared to spend up to $5000.00 at a time it's no hassle for them..Aw well no worries i will just have to take my money elsewhere,And i highly reccomend outher people do the same.
