Uneducated and inexperienced staff make Greencross Vets Wishart the worst i've come across in 30 years. When my dog was desexed at their practice it came home and never recovered. After five days I noticed my dog licking his wound, as the e-collar they fitted to him was the wrong size. Then my dog went further down hill, until I was eventually told to bring him back. The girl at the counter then blamed me for his infection as I did not check that his e-collar (WHICH THEY FITTED) was the correct size! My dog was pouring out fluid all over the floor while she added - "You were not supposed to be here until 5:20pm so you'll just have to wait". Inexperienced , unprofessional and no empathy what so ever shown at GREENCROSS VETS WISHART - take your pets anywhere else but to this obdurate practice!

Ed was so kind and respectful, taking the time to explain what was wrong and what our options were. I couldn't have asked for better. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment to highly recommend the service!

When I dropped into see a friend of mine she showed me an injured owl that she had found and brought home from her walk.
She asked me if I would be able to drop it into a vet on my way home, which of course I said "Yes"
The vet I took the owl to was the Wishart Road Greencross Vets.
They appreciated me bringing the bird to them and said that they would look after it and if it could be saved then they would pass it onto a Wild Life Carer and rehabilitate it so it could released back into the area where it was found.

I will always use this vet .They are very friendly.Give great advice.I buy my dogs flea and worming treatment from here at a good price.My dogs even love going there.I would highly recommend this vet for pet services.They send reminders in the mail which comes in handy when you are busy.

I have taken a few animals, including rats, dogs and cats over the years and this vet is very professional and knows his stuff. He is friendly and very helpful. Sometimes there are other vets working there and they are always very impressive as well. I will continue to visit this veterinary surgery.
