Terrible experience. Had to return a few items received as a gift, provided the staff with a gift receipt and had to choose exchange items. They do not refund and only offer gift cards or exchange. Once I have chosen exchange items the sales assistant made a big drama and refused to provide me with any receipt for the new items. The shop assistant is really rude and unprofessional and I will never deal with this company again. Much better clothing and service elsewhere

That is a massive shame for such a big Aussie retailer, considering you came with the receipt too, they could have treated you with manners and respect.
