I have to say the quality of the clothing is exceptional but The customer service is okay, not the best as the staff are talking to each other as you enter the shop and they dislike you entering the shop when it is close to closing time. The facial expression is not something a paying customer wants to see. I love going to browse the sale items and especially when there is a futher 25% off. Love to save where i can.

I bought amazing clothes there numerous times and staff was super friendly and helpful! I couldn't leave without looking fabulous in my new dresses! It is good to see that fashion chains such as Witchery can delivery good service every time.
