This is my friends review. They helped with building part of my pergola but didn't want to finish the job. I have been trying to call but they never answer or if they do- they tell me that they'll call back but they never do. They didn't finish the plumbing job and just left a hole for the pipes. At the time- they were the cheapest around, but now I know why. The difference from quote and what was on the paper was $2000 more. Beware and stay away.

We got a wooden decking and awing looks good BUT the finishing on the decking is not professionally finished and one problem we are supposed to fix ourselves

I can not review their workmanship, I struggled with just having them return my calls and not showing up for a prearranged appointment today. So my opinion is, if your time matters don't waste your time. relates to Warrawong office. they said they were short staffed, but always call do not just not show up!

I met Bill over a year ago to get a quote for a new awning. We agreed on a design and I got a price. That was the easy part. Council permission was another story. Fairfield council was steadfast in their opposition to what I wanted to build. In the end Bill’s advice led me to use a private certifier and the problem was solved. By this time months had passed and I had move my mum down from Brisbane and settle her in my house. Christmas was upon us so it became a project for 2015. More than a year later the awning is up and it looks great, it is strong and well made. The installers were excellent as well. I am impressed by Bill’s professionalism and patience because he kept in touch and saw things through to the end without fuss.

I would highly recommend Bill and Wizard to give you professional and courteous service. Couple that with a great finished product and you can’t go wrong.

Update.
I needed a few pieces to finish the job with similar material. I called to see if Wizard could help me. Unfortunately it seems that Wizard is only interested in big jobs which is a shame because as a result they missed on a 15K job.
