AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE ME!!

This is The Daily Plumbers under another name so for your own sake look up their reviews before making a decision. They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life! Incompetent, bad in time keeping, bad communication and bully tactics are just some of the terrible experience I had with them. It took them nearly 1 year to complete the job and they only did it because I had to take them to the tribunal to get a result. During that year I was subjected to harassment from a collection agent for nearly twice the amount I owed them but only if they finished the job, which they did not. Finally they botched up what they could and then threatened me again about payment.

If you want to get a good job done DO NOT use this company or other name they still operate under because like me you will regret the day that this company enters your life. It's been 12 months of stress and misery for myself and my 89 year old mum and I would not wish that on anyone.

THEY EVEN JUMPED MY FENCE TO GAIN ACCESS TO MY BACKYARD KNOWING I WAS HOME WHICH TRESPASSING IF NOT BREAKING AND ENTERING!!

This shows a total lack of respect and a self centred attitude. Now who wants to use a company like that?

KRGS Roller grilles and shutters.

I had to enclose my newly built sunroom to keep the weather out. I didn’t want glass sliding doors or clear plastic roller blinds. I opted for clear roller doors as used in shopping centres. I called KRGS and explained what I wanted. I got a quote and paid my deposit. They came and measured up and 2 weeks later the roller shutters were installed. They look great. The guys that installed them did a great job and overcame a few obstacles without and problem by working out a solution. They included me in the options available to install the shutters and it turned out to be really good.

Even though the shutters were a bit expensive it was well worth it. The result is that I have heaps of light even when they are down. I know that it is a bit unusual to use clear shutter in a domestic situation but it is well worth considering if you want a great look and still have security.

I highly recommend KRGS. They are punctual, professional and friendly.

I wish to warn everyone about The Daily Plumber who I have renamed The Dyslexic Plumber because literally the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

Never in my life have I encountered such disorganisation combined with a non caring attitude topped off by laziness and indifference.

I was silly enough to entrust The Dyslexic Plumber with a major project and had nothing but nightmares ever since.

First of all I feel that wasn’t informed about what was involved in excavation for the sewer. I was never given the option of using their excavator. My concreter who was on site did the excavation but sat around waiting while the “plumbers” did very little. That day cost me $640.00 because of their incompetence.

The job that is on going has been a litany of problems from the start. The boys, not men that they sent out to do the job were way out of their depth with this job. The supervisor who left the company that afternoon gave some verbal instructions but left no plan to follow for the boys. The guy who was running the job is an apprentice had no control and didn’t follow his instructions about the storm water. It was frightening to see many guys coming and going doing a bit here and a bit there not knowing what was going on and not doing what was supposed to be done. It has affected the whole look of the project that I have started and will be something that I have to live with while they wreak havoc at some other unfortunate person silly enough to trust them. It has also created a lot more work for me because I have to change my plans because of their stuff ups. To ad some perspective this is a $14k part of a $65K job including new sewer, replacing a larger part of my storm water, running copper pipe for water and gas.

I now have grates where I didn’t want them because the storm water wasn’t put deep enough in the ground even though there was an open trench. Why? Because they were too lazy to take a couple of wheel barrows of gravel to the back of the property combined with a guy turning up starting to connect the storm water the way it was before using the old pipe that is at least 25 years old and leaving a 90mm opening that was not supposed to be there because all of a sudden they were in a hurry. In a hurry to get away from the job and do next to nothing the next day wondering on and off the site.

A new supervisor was employed and he paid a visit to the site because I wrote a letter informing that I would not pay a progress payment until the plumbing and draining was ready to concrete. They were still reluctant to fix my downpipes so the metal was away from the concrete and if the supervisor didn’t turn up it wouldn’t have been done. I had to supply and install a post for my gas and had to plug the hole in my shallow laid storm water wouldn’t fill up with concrete and put conduit around the copper pipe that comes up through concrete at 2 points so the lime doesn’t corrode the copper.

I saw some really unprofessional behaviour like 4 boys brazing a copper T piece, one working 3 looking on and talking, one guy working 1 hour out of 8 while he was on site. There was also an incredible amount of mobile phone usage by most boys way beyond what is acceptable in running a business and the are working for a company. Even my neighbours were asking me what was going on. A retired builder across the road was astounded as to what was going on as he watched "the show" for days.

I am at a loss as to how these guys can be let loose on the general public and really think that The Dyslexic Plumber is barely good enough to do maintenance work like unblocking sewers and changing tap washers.

There is more but suffice to say that these guys should not be let loose doing plumbing anywhere and I highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you want a decent job done.

I met Bill over a year ago to get a quote for a new awning. We agreed on a design and I got a price. That was the easy part. Council permission was another story. Fairfield council was steadfast in their opposition to what I wanted to build. In the end Bill’s advice led me to use a private certifier and the problem was solved. By this time months had passed and I had move my mum down from Brisbane and settle her in my house. Christmas was upon us so it became a project for 2015. More than a year later the awning is up and it looks great, it is strong and well made. The installers were excellent as well. I am impressed by Bill’s professionalism and patience because he kept in touch and saw things through to the end without fuss.

I would highly recommend Bill and Wizard to give you professional and courteous service. Couple that with a great finished product and you can’t go wrong.

Update.
I needed a few pieces to finish the job with similar material. I called to see if Wizard could help me. Unfortunately it seems that Wizard is only interested in big jobs which is a shame because as a result they missed on a 15K job.

It was very happy to have Sako do my excavation and concreting. He was helpful with good advice and very skilled on his machine. His friendly manner made him good to deal with. It was a substantial job with some difficulty with access to the rear of my property but he took it in his stride and got on with the job.

I am very happy with his work ethics and his professional attitude and highly recommend him to do excavating and concreting of any size project. He is straight forward but at the same time adaptable and works hard to get the job done properly.

I am very happy with the result and already recommended him to a friend and my son who are both planning excavation and concreting work.

Sako told me right from the start that he only does a good job and it is true. I find his work excellent and everyone that has seen the completed work agrees that it is a top quality job.

Thank you Sako. I wish more people had a work ethic like you.

I got a quote from Amazing built-in wardrobes and was happy with the price so I told them to go ahead. When the wardrobe was installed it was a bad job with dividers that were floating in mid air and were clearly unstable. I contacted the manager who said he would look into it straight away and get it rectified. I never heard from the company again. Months have passed and I fixed it myself because I had the wardrobe installed for my 88 year old mum who isn't steady on my feet. I need a very large built in wardrobe now but would NEVER let the amateurs near my house again.

Approximate cost: $800

I had real problems with my house cracking due to problems with my foundations. Underpinning was way too expensive so I called in a company to see if I could raise the house by way of injecting a resin under my foundations. I called one company that I will review later and after asking them to come and quote. Someone finally came out and told me just to irrigate my foundations. Not satisfied with the answer I employed a structural engineer who confirmed my fears.

I called Resinject and a guy came out within a week and gave me a quote on the spot. The next day I had the written quotation in my in box. I paid a deposit and they guys came out on the appointed day, on time and did a great job.

When the original inspection was done I overlooked a crack in my garage wall and asked the supervisor if he could do them while they were here. Without hesitation he looked at the garage and told me that it also needed to be lifted in one corner. They fixed my garage as well and when I asked them how much extra it would cost I was told it was part of the service and no extra charge was to be paid.

I highly recommend Resinject for their service. They were courteous, approachable and eager to please. Their work ethics are of a high standard and I highly recommend them to fix problems with cracking walls, foundations and cracking concrete driveways.

Well done guys. I wish all businesses I deal with were such a pleasure to do business with.
