I will never set foot in this pharmacy or any wizard pharmacy again. [redacted personal identifier] Booragoon Wizard [redacted personal identifier]. I took my prescriptions and other products to the front to pay by PayPass, the first server made a mistake, so another shop assistant took over. I paid and walked out, not really taking much notice of the amount, as I wasn't feeling well and just wanted to go home. When I arrived home, the pharmacy had rung and told my husband I had stolen a script. My husband said there must have been a mistake, however offered to give our credit card details over the phone, this was refused, and he was told we need to come back into the shop immediately and pay! I phoned and said that as we did not live close by, we would come in and pay, next time we were there (in a week or two), as this was not my fault, the shop assistant had not put through my order properly upon payment. A week later, I had the police at the door, questioning me about shop lifting! My husband phoned [redacted personal identifier] to express our disgust at being treated so badly, and to ask why he [redacted personal identifier] would waste police resources over their mistake (we had already said we would pay). [redacted personal identifier] told my husband the police don't cost him anything, and it is his way of recouping money quickly. Obviously we paid, and were forced to make a trip to Booragoon when we would not have ordinarily have gone there. The whole incident has left a bitter taste and disgust with [redacted] Wizard Pharmacy. Shame on you. 0 stars

I found the prices here very reasonable. The makeup I bought was cheaper than I had found anywhere else including the online chemists.

Whilst shopping in Garden City I remembered I needed more joint pain capsules. I had seen them advertised on special in a brochure that morning. But it was at a different and far away location. The assistant, Leeanne was most helpful and checked the price from the other brochure was for the same product, then matched that price for us. This is a regular store service. You can't do much better than that!!!!
