The Glyde-In has been one of my favourite places for awhile now. They offer cheap courses & learning experiences on just about anything you can think of. I have done a day's kayaking on the Swan River with a very experienced instructor (to see if I liked it), and also Chi Gung every week for a couple of terms. I intend to enrol for a coming course called 'History of Fremantle's Port'. Every quarter I pick up their programme for the term (you can become a member & receive the programme by mail too). They offer enormous variety (for example, this term they are offering more than 40 courses.) Yearly membership is $20 for me.

A few years ago I had surgery for cataracts. The operations were performed by Dr. Anastas. Everything went well,and I am still delighted with the results. I frequently hear people complaining that they are disappointed with the results after cataract surgery.This is a success story.

I wanted several structures in my back garden, lattice on top of an existing fence, a high post & rail structure for a clothesline, and a large lattice piece to hide the clothesline from view when looking from home windows. I called at the Myaree workshop & met Alex & his wife Jenny. They made a rough sketch of what I wanted (just to ensure we were on the same wavelength). A few days later I received plans & price & I was pleased with both. The completed work was exactly what I wanted..

modern installed a roller door with electronic opening motor & light to my open garage building about 3 years ago. I have not had one bit of trouble with it.It makes me feel safe at night, I can press my remote door opening button before I even turn into my driveway & the door starts opening. I drive straight in, the garage is lit up, I close garage door with my remote & then feel safe to exit my car at leisure. The light turns off after 15 minutes. I was given 3 remote door control devices, if more were needed I could purchase them.

Whilst shopping in Garden City I remembered I needed more joint pain capsules. I had seen them advertised on special in a brochure that morning. But it was at a different and far away location. The assistant, Leeanne was most helpful and checked the price from the other brochure was for the same product, then matched that price for us. This is a regular store service. You can't do much better than that!!!!

Over the past 7 or so years , I have called on Arthur's services approximately 5 times. On every occasion, I have been pleased with the care he has taken in delivering furniture or goods. He is also careful not to damage walls or paintwork. He is available for jobs both small & large. Once when delivering a white leather chair to us, he asked to wash his hands so he didn't mark the leather. He's a gem

We have had car, building & house contents insurance with this company for the last 8 years. We have always been pleased with the cost of their premiums and every so often have checked around to compare. They automatically adjust the amount I'm covered for and this ensures I'm always covered for a realistic sum should disaster occur. We haven't made many claims, but those necessitated have been dealt with quickly and without hassle.

I used The Hangman to hang a heavy mirror and a heavy stone tryptich work. The job was all hassle free and quick.....appointment kept, price agreed upon, no mess whatsoever and I was very happy with the result. It was hard to find a professional to hang works of art and this guy is certainly 'a find'.

I deliver magazines to this business & what a pleasure it is to see young kids so excited even before they get to the entrance door. It's good to see kids gaining developmental skills and enjoying their experiences to the fullest. The parents are happy to be involved with their kid's learning & take part in sessions.

We went to a 21st birthday party at a venue in Fremantle. The food and services were fabulous. The caterers had a special touch of the exotic about everything they did and this made it a special evening. Later in the year, I attended a book launch of Maggie Beer's cookbook and Beaumonde again catered for dinner. Once again, the food & wine was very special.
