We have used Shane's expertise twice in the past 3 years. Once to replace the windscreen in our Volkswagon and more recently the back windscreens on both our vehicles. Shane's turn around time from ordering to installing was approximately 48 hours. From our experience he has always been on time, and is quick, efficient and professional. His price is always reasonable.
He comes to you and we (for example are a 30 - 40 minute drive away from Hoppers Crossing).
The thing that made me write this review is that we forgot that we had windscreen replacement cover with our insurance 3 years ago when we had the first screen replaced. Shane went out of his way and found the 3 year old tax invoice so we could then make a post event claim with the insurance company.
We opted for non-genuine parts, but I am sure he could source genuine parts if you so desired. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
