Kris Gautam Wizardnetwork has come to my rescue twice when my laptop has become completely inoperable with very significant issues over the past few years. He used not only his extensive knowledge and ability to resolve these serious issues, but also did this in a patient and informative process. Being in the world of Showbusiness, I was on the road touring, performing shows throughout N.S.W. Victoria and Queensland, I had TERRIBLE PROBLEMS with my laptop as I obviously picked up something really nasty. Probably my fault.
I was recommended to Kris Gautam at Wizard Network in Sydney, who went right through the laptop, got rid of the nasty virus and totally restored it to its original condition. I was amazed ... and I didn't have any problems after that.
After a while, I needed to upgrade the laptop so Kris suggested an Asus VivoBook ... which he set up ... and it has just been AMAZING.
