A nice old pub with friendly service and huge and I do mean huge servings. My husband and I had been enjoying a few wineries and we decided we needed something to eat and found the Woodside Hotel to be the perfect choice. My chicken schnitzel served with chips and salad was enormous, I was unable to finish. My husband enjoyed his salt and pepper squid entree and then steak with peppercorn gravy, chips and salad. The staff were friendly, service was a little slow but it was very busy and we were in no hurry. A great atmosphere.

This is a really nice old pub in such a beautiful area, dining both in and outside, with a great beer garden. We found it to be to cold for sitting outside, so we ate in where there was a cosy log fire.

Real home style meals is what you will find here with service to match. A really friendly atmosphere and great meals. Had the schnitzel with pepper gravy, chips and vegies - absolutely delicious, large serving. My husband had the steak of course and said it was cooked to perfection, delicious quality steak.

Reasonably priced and will definitely be returning.

A great little pub with some accommodation at a really good price. Food is nice and of good quality. the atmosphere is pretty good. Great location and easy to find.

This place is tiny and has no atmosphere. The dining room looks kind of dingy - a little decor and dimmed lighting would go a long way. Was unimpressed with the place.
