Just contacted this grooming service due to numerous recommendations from people in our neighbourhood. I rang to attempt to make a booking for a puppy service for our new 12 week old groodle to be told that they are not taking on any new clients until September when I enquired if they had a waitlist which was bluntly told not taking on any new clients until September. While their services seem to be good the lack of customer experience is poor. If you are not taking on any new customers for such a long period of time why don't you update your website.

Pure and her team are so amazing!
I would highly recommend them.
Our little Ziggy (cavoodle) comes home looking and smelling absolutely gorgeous. Pure does an incredible job with Ziggy.. we always love her work. You can see and feel the love they have for all the doggies. I completely trust Pure and team with Ziggy! ️

Amazing grooming service! My dog loves going to Prue and always comes out looking immaculate! My dog has very sensitive skin and Prue and her team always treat him with love and care. Prue has great knowledge on all breeds and knows exactly how to treat my caviler cross. Very professional and great service !

Woof the original is amazing! I have been taking my dog to Prue for many years and would never go any where else. I trust her 100% with my dog and have never been dissapointed with the incredible work done in the salon! I would recommend the team to all!

I have recently adopted my first dog ever she is a toy poodle and oh OMG she LOVES going to woof the original. Prue is deffinelty the poodle guru. I am such a fussy customer and they are so patient with me and my crazy Coco! Appointments are so easy to make and it's so good that i can trust leaving my baby in there care with not a worry in my mind. I am very specific with the way I want my coco clipped and they are spot on every time she always looks so gorgeous when she comes home and struts her stuff! She comes home looking like a show dog! Highly recommend taking your puppies to "woof" A+++

I have been taking my dogs to woof the original since the shop has opened. My whole family and all my friends take there dogs to see prue also. Prue and her staff have always been so great to my fur babies! My dogs always come out looking so beautiful and smelling so nicely! They are always so lovely and professional even help me walk my dogs back to the car (they are a handful). I feel so privileged to be taking my dogs to a certified master groomer and to see all of the photos and awards around there beautiful salon makes me feel as though I am taking me dogs to royalty. Prue and the girls have always been so helpful as my dogs are quite old now. They take the best of care when handling them in the salon, they help me with any questions I have ever asked and have educated me to be a better dog owner. Thank you so much girls for giving my dogs the best of care. As myself, my family and friends would never go anywhere else!!! Woof is the best!!! Xxx :)

Fabulous grooming service, excellent all-round pet knowledge, even gave me some tips about diet and skin care etc. My dogs always come as back looking beautiful and as i asked. Highly recommend Prue and her team, very friendly and welcoming! My dogs actually like going to Woof for their monthly groom, bath, clip and style. Will be changing to Prue as my regular groomer from here on!

All I can say is EXCELLENT they did every thing I asked and my pups came home looking great and happy, no problems like other comments and with the care and attention my pups were given I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I'm returning as I fully trust Prue and her staff. Also I will be a regular from now on!! :-)

This is my second time coming to this groomer. The first time I came here was 1.5 years ago and they did a good job then which was the reason why I decided to come back a second time. Big mistake! I had asked for my dog (Japanese Spitz) to be "groomed and washed" (reasonably meaning a tidy up to include trimming the fur to look neat). Long story short, my dog came back shaved with clipper grazings near his genital area. Which was not what I had asked for at all. Called up the groomers to ask for an explanation (as it was my dad who had dropped off/picked up my dog). Spoke with them and they had insisted that it was my dad who had asked for my dog to be shaved (my dad had just merely checked in and dropped my dog off). They also said they had called the number on file to confirm if we really wanted to shave his fur. The number on file was my number and I had no calls from them. Also raised the issue of the clipper grazings, they did such a terrible job of the shaving that there are multiple rashes/grazings on his underside which he is constantly licking to help the skin heal. The groomers denied any responsibility of that and blamed it on the dog saying dogs can sometimes scratch themselves and do things after a wash that would irritate the skin. This was not the case if they had seen the severity of the grazes. The shave was so close to the skin they must have shaved him without a guard on, hence the grazings. Not satisfied with the response, I called up again to speak with the management. Same story and had insisted that it was my dad who had asked for the shave. When I asked them if they had called me to confirm that we wanted him shaved (as this is not the norm for Japanese spitz), their reply was "we didn't know we had to call to confirm (which contradicts what the first staff said). They put it down to a "miscommunication factor" and the only "remedy" offered was a checkover and another wash. No responsibility taken as a business whatsover. I'm a reasonable person, as I wasn't there myself to witness what had been said on the day I accept that there is a possibility that there was miscommunication somewhere. Had my dog just been groomed i.e trimmed fur or even if the shave been done properly, my dog would not be in discomfort right now. However judging by the way they had handled the whole situation and blaming the customer and not taking up any part of the responsibility is disgraceful. They should learn a thing or two about customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!

Great groomers... they get poodles, they understand my dog & are patient with fussy owners :) I wouldn't go anywhere else.
