I took my dog to see Woof 5 days ago he came back to me with terrible clipper burn/rash around his genital area which is still affecting him. He has not been sleeping at all and has been very depressed since coming back. I was charged $70 for them not to mention I had to take him to the vet which was a further $93 including an injection to calm the reaction and I have to apply a cream to him 3 time a day. They would not give me a refund and the management would not talk to me regarding this matter! I feel terrible that I ever took him there!
