So far my experience with this service provider has been poor. Second attempt to rectify our washing machine ( under warranty)
According to the receptionist first call out they assess the issue and some times that's enough to fix the issue, when happens again they change parts,
I asked how to formally place a complain didnt get an answer, then I was told that they can't tell me what time the appointment will be until on the day .

Had a $1k repair on a $3k Samsung Fridge/Freezer - the compressor needed replacing. Woolley's provided a very short 3 month warranty, which the part/service faulted again just after 2 months. Service attendant diagnosed freezer as working within the operating parameters, despite ice-cream melting and food defrosting?? Never received a diagnostic report now they won't reply to emails or requests for a refund. Please be very wary before doing business with this company.

Approximate cost: $1135

Our oven broke down new years eve and after one call the technician was out the next day to identify the problem. The whole process was excellent and efficient from the office to the technician. Would highly recommend Woolleys for their professional service.

I had my fridge repaired under Warranty by the manufacturer through this company.. The bloke was friendly, on time and reliable. Not sure on costs as it was covered but overall good service..

Woolleys are authorised repairers for some manufacturers - I was referred by the manufacturer of my appliance. The call centre left me on hold for five minutes or more both times I called, but in the case of the actual service call, everything worked as promised - Woolleys even sent SMS reminding me of the appointment, and the serviceman called 1/2 an hour before he arrived. It's not cheap - 20 minutes pulling apart a piece and putting it together again cost $121 ($77 flag fall, plus $22 per 15 minutes). But the bottom line is - the guy arrived on the day I had agreed on, he was courteous and professional, and I now have a functioning appliance.
