The store staff are fantastic and nothing a problem, even during their recent store refit out.
The shelves are always empty though on popular lines though which is disappointing as I go elsewhere to buy them. I am sick of tripping over boxes or avoiding boxes dumped on the floor of the aisles.
Generally though, one of the best stores for staff in NSW.

I am moving into the area and this is the closest big grocery store. I went there early sat morning and found staff to be available and of course the parking was fine but this is a busy store and the staff really need to be on the ball with the amount of restacking of boxes in the isles. I was frustrated further by the " do it yourself' lane that refuses to take debit transactions with out a lot of hassle and none to do with my card. My experience was made better by some more helpful persons who tries to assist but the whole woolies scene needs a big input of personal value places on staff so that they feel special in their serving positions in my opinion

I think the staff need to be retrained in friendly customer service. Sometimes they dont even say hello and they always over pack the bags. A few times i have found the fresh juices and yoghurts in the fridge are out of date

Going here is extremely frustrating you can never find parking there are always thousands of people and you have to wait for ever to be served. Most of the time they don't have what you ate looking for.

Woolworth's @ Revesby is quite busy especially on weekends but too many pallets on the shop floor after 7pm make it unsafe. Parking is great . Express lane is very busy and produce is very empty at night after 6pm at night.

I don't think parking was great for me, it was a maze and log jam, and trolleys scattered everywhere.

It has a very extensive range of produce and I find that it is always fresh. I know that they are always open and I will find the product I am looking for.

Woolworth's is a rather large shop, meat is always fresh, always heavily stocked, staff however should be more helpful. the fruit is mostly always fresh. i think the set out of the store is poor as there are often times where you forgot to purchase items. the store is often quiet busy... too many people at one time.

the ques there long the poor checkout staff overworked but the customer service desk has time to stand around and chat id rather drive an extra 10min to menai where the service is much better and there are not boxes of product lying around the store
