I found completely opposite... I wanted to buy laptop and for 45 minutes there not a single person approached me! 45 minutes... I had specs, I had everything prepared... all they had to do was to sell me... After checking every video and x box 360' game in the store I decided to leave... and NOBODY didn't care!

friendly staff well presented stock and a great range of electrical goods and entertainment. the only thing that really sets WOW apart from most electrical stores is the great atmosphere of the place.

Approximate cost: $100

Rude staff and always too busy to help you. All they are looking at are the sales aspect of it.

After sales service, you dont get that with WOW.

Range is OK but if they dont have it, you dont get it either.

Dissappointing WOW! Lift your game... >: {

I took a day of annual leave and booked in my car well in advance for a headunit install. I arrived early and left my car with the audio installers and was told it would cost between $200-250 for the install. After aimlessly walking around and patiently waiting for 6 hours I gave them a phone call. The sales rep was busy and was told he would call be back. After another hour without a call, I called back. It was then when I was told they had only had time to have a quick look at my car and they now estimate it will cost $350-400 for the install (I wasn't upset with the price, in fact if they called and told me I would have been keen). When I arrived to the shop I noticed my car still had not been moved from where I parked it and they had left my car unlocked the whole day (leaving my headunit sitting in my back seat). Being extremely upset that I had taken a day of leave (which can be very difficult as I have to give a lot of notice), had my car booked in and nothing had been done, I was very upset I wasn't even called. I could have taken my car elsewhere if they had let me know they were overbooked/ understaffed. Instead I had wasted a day and had to take it up with the store manager. Meanwhile the audio sales rep was trying to tell me my Honda accord euro is made in Europe because it has "euro"in the name (Honda cars are Japanese). Whether they were just over booked, or there was a mis-communication between staff, it was me as the customer who was worse off.

The audio installer claimed he was that busy he did not have time to call me, in fact nobody in the workshop had time for lunch. I wouldn't be surprised if he lied to me about briefly looking at my car. For what he claimed he did, he would have had to take out the driver seat and I doubt he would have done that in a car park (my car had not been moved). If he did detach my car seat in the car park that is extremely unprofessional.

I was also meant to buy a TV for my father. I'm not going to buy from these guys though.
