We had WR provide and install new sections of fence and a front gate. Every person from WR that we dealt with was extremely courteous, professional and amazingly helpful. The sales and installation team were happy and more than able to assist when we had issues with with neighbours.
The end result has made our yard look so much better and has added value to our property.

Excellent service from WR Engineering, yet again. After purchasing a new house, none of the garage openers left by the sellers worked. One call was all it took to have Steve onsite. Within a week we had a new motor with great features similar to what we currently have.

Our Garage door was very noisy since we first moved into our new home and the old motor died recently. So we got the B&D door motor with smartphone app installed from WR. They explained us the various features and the little things that matter in everyday use. They took the time to configure it properly and also fixed the noise problem that we have always had. We are very happy with the prompt and excellent service; would highly recommend them.

Over the years I have used a lot of tradies and have found that in all my dealings with WR Engineering they have always been honest, helpful and did an excellent job using first class materials. They have just replaced two roller doors and another perfect job by a very pleasant young man called Grant.

Our roller door got jammed last week. We called WR and they came within a couple of hours and got it fixed. Good service.

Bad customer service. Supplied the incorrect material. The mistake was not the issue, it's the fact that their attitude was not to make any discount or to deliver the correct product absolving any responsibility for their error, and hence costing me two visits to obtain the correct product. I went to Another company in the end, whom are cheaper, and included in their price is no charge delivery anyway. This other company have made a mistake with delivery which is fine, especially when they were quite  happy to deliver the correct product, not at my expence. I will never buy from WR Engineering again. Very happy with the alternative company.
