The owner is obnoxious and very unhelpful. I was looking to purchase a pair of earrings that were nearly $200, so not cheap. I asked to try on one to make sure that it sat well on my ear. Most shops that sell expensive earrings use alcohol swabs after earrings have been tried on due to health laws. This small effort makes for happy customers that purchase earrings, makes for happy business owners that make money... so win, win; but not at this shop. As I really liked the earrings I went back with packets of swabs so I could try on one, but the owner rudely told me no, and that I shouldn't of wasted my time coming back. Funny though, I found the exact same earrings on line for $50 cheaper than Wrapped and delivered to my door! Shame on you obnoxious owner who has missed out on a genuine sale and gets a bad review plus exposed for extremely high price mark up. Motto is don't be rude and condescending to potential customers or you shouldn't be involved in retail.

Beautiful stock at this shop. They sell stunning brands such as Von Treskow. This is a great gift shop, perfect for girly gifts for friends.
Unfortunately the older lady in here is grouchy and rude.

Beautiful little shop in the plaza at Brighton. They stock Von Treskow and all sort of other beautiful gifts and homewares. Perfect place to pick up a gift for a girl in my opinion. Unfortunately the older lady who runs the shop is a bit sour and always seems to be peering at you from over the top of her glasses. All the young girls who work there however are lovely and friendly.

This shop sells beautiful things - gifts, trinkets, jewellery, but the service is appalling. I had a very bad experience with trying to order something. It turned out that the lady didn't order it for me because she "didn't think I was serious", so didn't take a deposit from me. She was then incredibly rude to me when I chased the item three weeks later. I then paid the deposit she asked for on my credit card, and to top it all off she took a further unauthorized amount from my credit card, using the number from my deposit docket. I just hope my experience is unusual. I understand that genuine mistakes can happen, but this wasn't the way I saw my experience and I certainly wasn't offered a satisfactory apology for what happened.
