A delicious, creative, modern take on classic Vietnamese dishes conveniently located on Crown Street in Surry Hills. I have visited 2 or 3 times now as we always rely on Xage as a great meal when in the area.

For entree on my most recent visit, we had fresh lemongrass chicken rice paper rolls with ginger sauce ($9.9). The ginger sauce was full of flavour and a perfect accompaniment to the simple, fresh rolls.

For mains we had the Bun bo salad of wok fried beef rump and vermicelli ($18.5), which again was bursting with fresh flavours and lots of herbs. We also had the grilled Tasmanian ocean trout chả cá in herbs and spices ($23.5) which was cooked just perfectly - nice a pink in the middle, with a delicious salad and sauce.
