Xcabs failed to provide a suitable child seat as requested (despite written and verbal promises). Then refused to provide a refund for the missing seat and for the deposit on a subsequent trip.
Response by phone was fairly petty and fear-based, denying responsibility to save $10.
Would recommend against using this service.
