I was told to come back 45minutes after my appointment time which had been made 2 weeks in advance. 3 and a half hours later I was still waiting for my hair to be trimmed and blow waved. I was told that folis take a long time. No they don't take that long! they had overbooked and one of the hairdressers had not turned up for work so the put her clients onto the hairdresser who was supposed to look after me. The cut was terrible and the colour - well anyone could have done it. I was very disappointed. No customer service or care. I will not be going back there again.

The makeup i got done was really satisfying and the price was even better! Very happy with how my makeup was done and the new owner is very good! :)

I got a cut, blow-wave and colour. Amazing experience. The staff were really friendly and my hair looked amazing for the night's occasion. Definitely going back!

Last time I went there, Bad work done to my hair. You are there f o r e v e r. Colour, cut, blow wave and bad hairwork took 6 hours. Can you believe it........N E V E R again....BEWARE

high staff turnover means poor choice and my wife had a bad haircut there.
