I live in the unites States and have a couple of rental properties in Melbourne that I remotely manage by myself. people in real estate business know how hard it is. These guys are a godsend.
All I need to do is to give them a call and I know that everything will be perfectly taken care of.

The best quality I like about them is their honesty, since there is no proof of how the flat looks before they go in (due to my absence) they can easily overcharge or short-service me if they want to.not only they don't do that, but they go out of their way to detail the place for a very reasonable price.

They even send me before and after photos.

Really good job. Came on time, really efficient and friendly. When I thought there was a problem, both HO and the cleaner responded immediately. He came back to see and everything was alright after all. But if it hadn't been I know they would have done their utmost to sort things out.
