They arrived 2 hours late, then tried to charge us $150 when we'd agreed over the phone that it was $75 for all 4 rooms.

They didn't answer the phone when we tried to call 4 times to corroborate the agreed quote, so the guy just left.

Now we're struggling to find someone to clean the carpets in time. So frustrating.

I got steam cleaning done in my unit, and while the guy was doing the bedrooms I was waiting in the living room believing the guy knows his job. To my surprise, when I checked the bedrooms and the passage, big areas were left uncleaned. It was a very rushed job.
Not PUNCTUAL- my appointment was for 4pm and the guy came at 5pm
Totally not worth it!

Did a efficient and noticeable job on our rental property to prepare it for sale, smelt good and looked hygienic and clean.

XH Cleaning did a wonderful job of cleaning our lounge suite and ottoman. The technician was courteous, efficient and well organised. A delight to use and will definitely contact again for future cleaning!
