I was taken care of by a lovely lady named Rose. She was so welcoming, warm, friendly, honest, tactful, skilled and discerning. I felt very cared for and pampered by her. I absolutely loved what she did with my hair. It was the first time I didn't come home feeling devastates from a salon trip. Thanks Rose and the Xiang Greensborough team!

the WORST haircut and colour I've ever had in my entire life. I went in with blonde hair, and a nice layered cut asking for blonde foils and a trim, I came out with orange hair, silver stripes and a completely different cut ( similar to a long bowl cut ) Two weeks before my partner came back from deployment. They refused to fix it, in shop they said it was just the lighting, after balling my eyes out for 20 minutes they tinted it which made it worse then told me to leave. They cut so much off the length, I was growing it especially for my partner over the 8 months he was gone and had it trimmed elsewhere during that time. NEVER AGAIN. worst customer service, didn't compensate me, fix it or return my calls

I love getting my hair done at Xiang. I go to Zoe and she is so friendly and really listens when I describe what I would like done. She also tells me if something isn't going to work and gives me an alternative.
It's great to get a nice coffee and magazines to read so I can sit back and relax. All the team are always smiling and welcoming.

Had my hair cut a few times at Xiang............but never leave completely happy. The last visit was hair had been cutter not evenly so had to return the next day to have it fixed..........inconvenience cause I had my two small children with me.
