So I have been going to Xiang collingwood for a little while. I used to have the manager there and she was ok. I went there this time to find a new and improved Xiang hair. The whole place has been freshened up and is super neat and clean. The shampoo chairs are AMAZING and the service I received impecable . Well done to the new management they all seem super happy and friendly and loving what they do! Will be returning for sure!

So I revisited my old salon as I had heard that it was under new management. I had a cut and colour. Not only had the salon been renovated but it had a great new vibe. There is now happy staff that are great at customer service and even better at doing hair. I give Xiang collingwood a huge thumbs up . Well done Mish and Maria

Bad service. Despite spending a lot of time with my stylist at Xiang Collingwood at my first visit, explaining exactly what I wanted with my cut and colour, I ended up with exactly the cut that I explained I DID NOT want. When I called to explain how I was really disappointed, the customer service was terrible and while they offered to have me come in and try to fix it, they refused to refund my money since "in their opinion, they gave me what was requested". When I explained I was hesitant to have them touch my hair again since it was butchered the first time - no sympathy at all. I now need to pay $1000 to another stylist to get extensions to hide the hideous cut. Not happy.

I used to cut my own hair because I could never get it cut the way I wanted it. The first hairdresser to do it right was Cat at Xiang hair studio. If you want your hair to actually look good get cat to cut it! I gave it four stars because it was a bit pricey ($70 for a cut) but I guess a good cut is priceless, thats why I'll be going back.
