Extremely disappointed.
Took my son in for his first hair cut, which was only a couple can cut off. She did a horrible job, long bits everywhere.
And I got charged $22! To me, I think that's a rip off!

I wouldnt recommend, my experience was not nice. I had the hairdressers fake nails digging into my head the whole time, she nearly ripped out my earrings! and when I saw the final product and wasn't satisfied with it, and I asked if they could give me more layers (as I have really thick hair) and not have it so straight (as the image I showed them was not a straight cut like they did) what I got in return was the hairdresser as well as another hairdresser that was off to the side saying "you don't know what you want" and "I promise you it looks good just give it a day or so for you to get use to it"
The hairdresser also made sarcastic comments such as when she coloured my hair her response was "wow it actually looks like the picture you showed me" (not a comforting comment) and after the cut she responded with "oh wow it does suit you".
In the end I payed and walked out only to get home and cry from how bullied I felt at the salon. If I want them to change my hair a little from what I originally said (yes I understand it can be annoying) but they should never gang up on a custom about such things.

I have been going to xpress cuts for few months now and would love to get my hair done by girl named Mayra..
went yesterday only to find that she is not there anymore and got my hair messed up by another lady.
i informed her that i just need to trim my hair by 1 or 2 inches and keep the same layers that I already have.. but she chopped my hair, and no layers..i literally was in tears to see myself in the mirror. Planning to get extensions done now after this horrible hair cut..

asked several times about where Mayra has gone...got cold response...terrible service..
never going again..

Have been here a couple of times and the service is fantastic!
I have had highlights and colour done twice and Betty does a fantastic job with the colour and also cuts my hair to my specifications, is also very happy to provide feedback and suggestions! Have not been disappointed yet! Love the place!!!
