Xtech Electrical

XTech was recommended to me by a friend. We had both purchased new apartments and wanted quality workmanship. Unfortunately XTech failed to deliver. The management sent their workers out who were in a hurry and did a sloppy job. Despite myself being on site all day and providing direction, shortcuts were taken and I am left with a "C" class job in a new penthouse apartment. The mounting of the new TV on the wall is questionable (and appears to be un-level). The installation of the Bose surround sound speakers was amateurish with speakers mounted inconsistently. I reported the issues to the management who was defensive of the staff however they agreed to return to the apartment with them, to review and rectify. Management did not bother to attend on the second visit. they also promised a fixed price prior to starting the job. This was clearly lip service as the price increased on the day and then increased again when not paying cash, add GST. I have paid the bill as I honour my word. However the same cannot be said for Xtech. If you are expecting a quality job, try another contractor.
