The place is now my official go-to for hair care. I went from a brunette safely to a bright beach blonde without hair damage and if anything it looks healthier than ever! The color is perfect. I paid a really good price for the length of time (6.5 hours in total), great quality products and the effort put in. I had plenty of cups of tea brought over as well. Yan and his fellow staff are there to genuinely work and help you out.

I had a wonderful experience last Thursday at Yan Refael Hair & Beauty.
I had a cut, colour and Keratin smoothing service done and the results look and feel fantastic- it turned out exactly what I'd been hoping for.
Tim, who was my hairdresser, was absolutely lovely and couldn't have made me feel more like a princess.
Yan took the time and care to let me know exactly what I should be expecting when I had a free hair consultation a month before, and on Thursday gave me the colour free of charge (he also tinted my brows free of charge).
The atmosphere was completely welcoming and and salon was hygienically clean and well-cared for. They have wonderful massage chairs at the basins and I was so relaxed the whole time.
While the process was long (4 and a half hours) Tim and Yan stayed overtime and didn't try to rush me (which would have been to the detriment of the process).
Overall, the best hairdressing experience I've ever had from start to finish.
