I came across this salon by accident a couple of years ago, and I will not go anywhere else now. Earnest and friendly staff, personalised approach, great cut and colour. The keratin treatment has been really worthwhile too.

My first appointment and Yan Refael's Salon was 2.5 weeks ago. It was a totally pampering experience (especially that basin massage chair – yummo!) and you just know you're in good hands. Yan is a total professional who knows his stuff. He basically saved my hair, colour and style. It's now over 2 weeks after my new cut and it's the easiest my hair has been to style and care for. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my haircut and blow dry! I always like to wait until I wash and style it myself to make sure it still looks great, and it did! Yan spent time with me before cutting and really got it right. Exceeded expectations.

Ben was warm, hospitable and friendly from the moment I walked in, as were all the other staff. I appreciated his professionalism, and he makes a pretty good cup of coffee too! Easygoing, easy to talk to, and best of all, he gave me a terrific cut that completely suits me. Thanks Ben~
