Great coffee, but be prepared to wait if you want it in the morning. I tried three times to get my fix here, twice the line was out the door. This only made me more determined to try their coffee. Lucky third try, delicious coffee, friendly service, I could certainly taste what all the fuss was about.

I'm surprised other reviewers rate the service down - I've always found the staff excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable. Usually a good choice of beans, although consistency is of late constrained by the Melbourne roaster, who seem to have lost the plot. Staff have excellent coffee knowledge. Mostly a take-away venue as there is little seating and minimal space. The boys seriously need a larger premise!

Lovely coffee but hit and miss some days. Way too cramped in the morning because people stand in the tiny shop once they have ordered for some reason, awkward. Coffee can take up to 15 minutes in the morning so not worth the wait so much anymore.

I've been here quite a few times, and I always find the atmosphere to be really strange. There are usually three people behind the counter (one serving, two making coffee), and they just stare at you as you walk in! I find that I'm the one saying "Hi, how are you?". Aside from the lack of friendliness, they can be quite slow, and the shop is very cramped.
The coffee is pretty nice, but I do think they need to focus a bit more on customer service!

Very overrated. I often hear people talk about how great this place is, but I honestly don't see it. The guys working there are not very friendly, but reasonably efficient, and the coffee is only OK, not great. And way too cramped!

The baristas here make the best coffee in town. Great selection to choose from, and they are really knowledgeable about blends and choices.
Bit cramped inside, admittedly, but worth it for the coffee.
