Some of the products are a bit more expensive but they do have a wide variety (especially marine life). I also came into the store once just to ask some questions and the staff member was extremely helpful and full of advice even though they knew I wouldn't be buying anything straight away.

They do have a large range of fish and other marine life. Some products are a little overpriced but the staff are polite and seem quite knowledgeable. Staff are always approachable and happy to help.

this place is ok its great too have a look around but come buying something your treated like an idiot i havent been here in a few months and i dont think i will ever go back the staff have there moments i think it just depends who is on but none the less a big no too here

My visit to this store started off positive but unfortunately it did not end that way. My young son and I decided to walked down to the back of the store to look at the birds. The door to the back store room was open and both my son and I overheard an employee using profanity when speaking to another person. Very unprofessional especially when children can hear what is being said. We left without purchasing anything.

Staff here are very helpful. Always willing to help with information and show you products. They seem a little bit more expensive that some of the other pet stores around, however they do have a large variety of products, and if your looking for something they can more than likely help you out.

The staff at Yippeeio have made our ongoing experience a delight. We started out as aquarium owner novices so we had a lot to learn. They're helpful and really know their stuff. It's never a problem to answer our questions and give advice.

There stock is a little overpriced when compared to say Pet City in Mt. Gravatt...but the service is always available and they seem quite knowledgable when it comes to pet issues.

Great friendly staff, young healthy animals, items cheaper then most pet shops although not great for pet information. quite a big store, can get everything you need.
