Yoga Balance

The classes are amazing, I've been going for a few years now and they are very reasonably priced, cheaper if you pay up front for the term.
The only disappointing thing is the location, if all you could hear was the birds it would be even more relaxing, pity it's near the train station and passing foot traffic can be noisy if you're trying to meditate!

I've been attending Mandy's classes at Yoga Balance for a few years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Mandy is warm and bubbly and her classes are informal and great fun. She took great care to tailor her classes for me while I was pregnant, enabling me to keep up my fitness right until going into labour. She has also included so many freebies over the years that I have never begrudged what I spend on classes.
