Osteopath Dr Marnie Norfolk treated me throughout my pregnancy to ensure that my body alignment was optimal for the birth - which it was: I had a straightforward natural home birth. Now following my birth she is treating me for muscle ache and posture issues created by breastfeeding.

I needed 3 small books printed for a family event and was running out of time to get it done. Razer Graphix had no problem with such a small job and were more than happy to add it to the urgent list. They were very friendly and helpful - told me all the options so that I could get a cheaper rate with a different binding (but equally happy to set up the binding for just 3 books). In the end they gave me 6 books for the same price as they like to print extras just in case. They were ready with the books exactly when they'd estimated and we were thrilled with the results.

This is a pleasant, modern cafe with a variety of seating from groups of sofas to tables and chairs that can accommodate both large groups and singles or couples. It tends to be quite noisy though, and the option for sitting outside puts you right by the petrol station.

Far better than the supermarkets for freshness and price. Even when prices fluctuate they offer alternatives such as cheaper small tomatoes when the price of regular tomatoes rose. We have also found that the meat in the Get Fresh Meat next door is excellent quality.

I had a cut, colour, and highlights done at Rachael K and I was really pleased with the results. The staff were very friendly and courteous and really put me at ease. They also kept a note of the exact colour combination they used so that I can have the same done next time. The cost was very reasonable; less than I was expecting. The only drawback was that there was a long wait as they were running behind.

Nicola and Clare from Midwives Naturally attended the home birth of our son and their help, advice, and support was fantastic. We really got to know them well over the months of my pregnancy and they continued to support us after the birth too. We also found their Childbirth Education sessions really informative for first time parents-to-be.

I've been attending Mandy's classes at Yoga Balance for a few years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Mandy is warm and bubbly and her classes are informal and great fun. She took great care to tailor her classes for me while I was pregnant, enabling me to keep up my fitness right until going into labour. She has also included so many freebies over the years that I have never begrudged what I spend on classes.

Our baby battled with colic - constant crying and wind pain - for 8 weeks before we found Nicole. She spent a lot of time with us taking a full history and within a week the remedies she prepared had started working. Nicole called often to ask how we were doing and arrange an additional remedy for insecurity.
