Bought a dryer from York Road appliance Centre. Within 1 month it broke down. Took it back for repair and was told it would be looked at the next working day. Rang them 5 days later as I hadn;t heard anything ans told they'd call me back shortly. Next day I rang back because they hadn't returned my call. Was again told they'd call me back that day. When I rang the following day I was told they hadn;t even looked at it yet and that they should get to it next week. Very poor service as I had explained and showed them what was wrong with it, and the repair requires a simple replacement part with only a screwdriver required to install it. Certainly wont be buying anything from there again.
