I had a very bad experience here. I was advised and guided by staff to purchase 2 different bridesmaid dresses in navy. I was told that the colouring would be 'slightly' different but not noticeable. It was very noticeable when they arrived, one was verging on black and the other a lighter navy. I was disappointed as this is not what I was wanting, expecting or told by staff. Instead of acknowledging that and trying to help, staff became rude and abrupt and were very unhelpful. I was refused a refund, store credit or offer any other assistance, and was told to go to consumer affairs if I was not happy. Now in the middle of planning a wedding I am $340 down as we had to go out and buy a completely different colour dress. Staff were rude and did not care about my situation or experience and did not accept that they played a part in getting me to purchase the dress. I would not risk shopping here and DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. Such a horrible experience as a bride to be planning a wedding.

Very helpful service. Our bridesmaids dresses were beautiful and well made. I fell pregnant five and half months before the wedding. As we had already had the dresses altered by the time the wedding came around later in the year I could no longer fit mine with my baby bump. The ladies at the shop were very accommodating. They were able to get me another dress in time for the wedding and gave me a discount for the new dress. I had my original dress shortened and have worn it to some friends weddings, was happy I got to keep it!

Staff were extremely rude. Prior to ordering bridesmaid dresses chosen well in advance by the bride, i fell pregnant. I asked the staff to help me choose another style in same colour/fabric, but was advised to stick with that style as they had had plenty of pregnant women in that dress. They also suggested ordering 3 sizes up. I ordered 4 sizes up, and when it arrived it was way to small over my belly and couldn't be altered to fit due to the style. I requested a refund as i had to then purchase another dress (after that one already cost $240). The staff refused a refund. They were very rude and would not negotiate. I was almost in tears in the shop. The dresses that the other girls bought all had the brooch sewn on a slightly different spot, 2 sewn on so that the waist band didn't even do up in the correct spot, and one had a completely uneven hem. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Wonderful shop and friendly staff. We ordered in a dress that they made for my partner and it was simply stunning. The ladies even made me a tie in the same fabric which was great.

I got by bridesmaid dress from Young Designers. They have a great collection of dress styles available. They also have a good selection of bridal jewellery, bags and other accessories.They have a good range of colours and sizes too.
