Did not arrive on the day set for work. No call or notification that this would happen. When called regarding this, they said it was due to the weather (when weather damage was what they were contracted to fix), and that they'd come out 2 weeks later, despite being told in advance that the work needed to be done ASAP.

Extremely unhappy. I'll never do business with them again.

I would not...didn't turn up to quote even after 1 weeks notice...no call no email. Glad they didn't....slippy business practice

I wouldn’t. If I could have given a negative rating I would have. They are over priced, sloppy, no attention to detail and uncommunicative. I will probably need further rectification at my own expense to remedy their lack of expertise.

I had a bathroom renovated by them and I was very pleased with their standard of the work done. They took a lot of trouble not to damage existing walls and doorways getting the old heavy cast iron bath out. They made certain that the bathroom was spotless when they finished. Perhaps a bit pricy, though, but worth it.

Quite simply the quote for two thousand dollars was to repair or replace 40 linear metres of damaged weather boards and they only repaired or replaced 25. I have an email confirming 40 in text as well and they confirmed this on the phone. The tradie as well as several others could not find 40 m of damaged board. When confronted and asked to check for themselves, they sent a bill for the full 40 as a response. They insisted without seeing the work that I was wrong. I suggested taking it up with a dispute resolver and then they came out to look. They offered to replace 4 more metres of undamaged board as the solution. I refused the offer and paid them in full on the first work day after completion of the job. The next day at 7 am there was an email in my in box demanding payment. It was already paid. A poor approach to business all round. I can think of so many better solutions that they could have offered.
