Renovating our bathroom, we had to install a new toilet and connect plumbing for a new shower. This involved rerouting the water supply, cutting the existing cast-iron sewer connection and fitting the pan. Kazz (the plumber) didn't flinch. He described the task in a very positive way, quoted the cost and got to work straight away. Half an hour later, he was still cutting through the 12mm thick old cast iron sewer pipe but he kept his great sense of humor. The basic pipes were fitted and Kazz cleaned up all the mess and left. It was not until 4 weeks later, after all the tiling has been finished that I called "Your Choice Plumbers" to inform them we were ready to finish the job. The nice lady on the phone must have juggled a few appointments because she informed me Kazz can come in 2 days. He arrived on the dot, finished the jobs beautifully, gave me a few tips I asked for and left for his next customer. No fuss, no bother; just very professional work. If you need any plumbing work, I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

We had faulty rubber rings on a retro model kitchen tap. Our plumber, Sam, from Your Choice Plumbers, really went out of his way to find a suitable, hard to find, replacement ring, returning the following morning (on his day off) to complete the job. We considered the price charged very reasonable and we were very impressed with his friendly and efficient service. We would highly recommend this firm.

I had a burst water pipe in the bathroom. I was promised someone within the hour - Billy rang 15 minutes later and said he would be there in 10 minutes. He very quickly identified the problem and repaired it, and was courteous, helpful and professional throughout. As a busy working mum I was worried I would spend the who day mopping up and filling buckets, but Billy's speed and professionalism allowed the household to get back to normal muck quicker than I expected. And he took the presence of a child asking questions and wanting to engage with him in his stride! I will definitely call again.
