Thanks to DJ Ash for creating an amazing party atmosphere with her energy and fantastic sound / light set up. The whole process of planning was made so simple with the wonderful invitation templates and the speedy replies to emails and questions. Trent and Ash created a fantastic, personalised party that worked for a very special group of young people aged between 12 and 19 (and delighting the parents onlookers as well!) - it was perfectly pitched and perfectly delivered! I had a burst water pipe in the bathroom. I was promised someone within the hour - Billy rang 15 minutes later and said he would be there in 10 minutes. He very quickly identified the problem and repaired it, and was courteous, helpful and professional throughout. As a busy working mum I was worried I would spend the who day mopping up and filling buckets, but Billy's speed and professionalism allowed the household to get back to normal muck quicker than I expected. And he took the presence of a child asking questions and wanting to engage with him in his stride! I will definitely call again. The promptness and comprehensive work is worth switching plumbers for!
