Unfortunately when I recently booked a 90 minute facial in the Brandon Park clinic, I was very disappointed with my experience. I have not attended this clinic before. On arriving I was told I was no longer booked in with the beautician that I had been booked for several weeks earlier. I had received no courtesy phone call prior to my appointment to inform me, or to check if that was ok with me. The clinic was busy and I had to wait about 20 minutes before rooms were exchanged and rearranged.
I and another lady waiting both watched staff members roll their eyes at each other after dealing with a client who had asked for a particular request. In fact we both looked at each other in surprise at witnessing it.
When I got into my appointment, very little time was spent on the facial itself, as a substantial amount of time was spent massaging my arms, legs and back instead. Although that felt ok, it was not what I had booked for, and would've asked her not to do it if it meant so little time was spent on my face, which actually didn't get massaged at all.
During the treatment I discovered my beautician didn't usually do facials and it had been a whilst since she'd done one as she usually assigned to other duties.

I have recently moved to this area and this clinic could've secured a new client as I have regular facials, but I'm afraid i think I will still need to travel a bit further to get myself a good treatment, as I will not be returning.

Shop to go to for all your beauty needs. I had a facial done and the service was great, people were so friendly and even get advice for your concerns. They also do other beauty therapies. Great value for money.
