Had an appointment booked 6 weeks in advance. Turned up to the 8am appointment only to be told my hairdresser was sick/unavailable and that they didn’t have anyone to do my hair. I showed them an email I received the previous day confirming the appointment, they said they tried contacting me and that I hadn’t responded to them. Checked their system and my phone number was in incorrectly, something they assured me was fixed up the last time I had visited. She said she could “possibly stay back” a few days later to do my hair, like it was a chore and that they would be put out fixing up their mistake. Not to mention the last time I had visited, the hairdresser got hair dye all over my shirt (which is now ruined), but I gave them the benefit of the doubt to book again. Now I will not be booking again and taking my business elsewhere!!!
