Went here regularly to catch up with mothers group, is a good play centre, but needs a better clean. Easy to see what your kids are up to. Very hot during summer as it's in a sport facility and lacks any decent air con.

First time visiting on Sunday. My wife and I took our 18 month old son to have an indoor play experience. It was a big, open space with scattered equipment, most of which was either broken, or torn with filling coming out, or damaged to the point of being potentially dangerous to children (sharp edges). Upon arrival there was no one at the counter. Eventually someone saw us standing there and served us. $6 cover charge (same as other indoor play centres). There was a large slide area to the left as you entered which mostly appeared to cater for older children. The open floor area had some foam pads which were torn or tattered and losing shape, plastic cubby houses with broken windows/doors, some slides, a jumping castle and an inflatable slide which looked close to being past their prime. There were also a number of pushable cars, many with broken wheels. Some of the torn pads had the name of another indoor play centre embroided on them, indicating this equipment had previously been used by the other indoor play centre. The overall impression was the equipment was pre-owned by another play centre and had been re-used by Yoyos.

To be fair we didn't use the large slide area to the left, which appeared to be a multi-level mix of tubes and slides for older kids to explore. The children using this equipment looked like they were having fun, so I can only judge based on what we experienced.

Approximate cost: $6

Do not book a kids party here. My experience was terrible. The equipment is great and my kids loved it however the service and food is terrible. The staff don't know what they are doing and do not have any interest in pleasing their customers. The coffee was cold as was the food. Eftpos facilities are always down and nobody is around to pay. I will return but only to play not to eat. We will return to awesome fun for our parties. They are fantastic.

I have been going to this playcentre for a number of years now. The staff are very friendly and take the time to talk to my chatterbox boys. My boys (5 & 2) love all the equipment and end up getting everywhere by the time we're through. The layout is great and I can usually see them from my table no matter where they are.
I have heard that on the weekends/school holidays it can be crowded, but I only go midweek anyway, because my boys don't like it when there are too many school kids to compete with. That would be a problem at any playcentre though.
I have bought a VIP pass which gives me discounted entry, discounted coffee and discounted parties. It's paid for itself many times over!

It is one of my favourite indoor playground for kids age up to 6. It is free for adults as many indoor playground I had been to they charged the adults but we can have a free drinks. They have giant slide, flying fox, few jumping castle...
If is always nice to go there when the weather is very uncertain and for the parents to take a break have a nice cup of coffee.

Approximate cost: $3-6

We had kids party in this centre. I like big sized play area, as well as few jumping castles.
Just want to say about service - it was terrible! We ordered coffee few times and every time we had to wait for a long time, and remind staff that we are still waiting (they just forgot about our order).
Kids food were not good - chips were overcooked, too dry, fruit platter had few fruit pieces...
And at the end they tried to charge us for extra 5!! kids.
We like the play area, so definitely come here again, but just to play, not to make a birthday party.

This centre is one of my favourites. It is particularly good for children up to 6.

I had my daughter's party there, as well as attended another party. The staff were great, there was oodles of food for the kids, and they were very flexible about me bringing my own cake etc.

I love most about this centre the wide open spaces, airy feel and light. It does heat up on the really hot summer days as it's a large space to cool, but it's worth it!

One of the better play centres as far as equipment go, there is something to keep the kids amused from older babies to early school age. Food is reasonably priced but can be very slow to come out so order before your kids get hungry. Love the 2 jumping castles and the adventure area with large slide is great. Can get very busy on weekends due to parties and is also quite busy weekday mornings. The service is quite sloppy and last time we went we had to ask the staff to stop a group of adults playing kick to kick in the kids area-that just shouldn't happen. Usually staffed by teenagers on weekends who could be better trained. We have also had to wait a few times to pay to get in simply because no-one was paying attention to the front desk. The kids enjoy it though and the equipment is in good condition.

Generally each time I've been there, I've been disappointed. Lack of sour cream for the wedges seemed to be the standard, with very abrupt service also being the norm.
Cleanliness is something they have never strived for. We had to ask for a cloth to wipe down the table after our friend had already asked 20 mins prior.
I don't appreciate crap service. I understand that at times a business can get busy, but on School holidays, you would think they would hire more staff. This was not the case and thus they failed in every aspect of quality and didn't seem to care as much as I'd hoped if at all.
we have been there once prior to this last visit and all the kids got gastro style sick. This I feel was due to the lack of cleanliness.

I have been to this play centre a few times, and normally I've been pleased. However I have had ongoing problems getting sour cream with the wedges. It sounds like a silly thing to comment on, but they have consistently "run out" of sour cream every time I have gone, even on days that have not been busy... so much so that I've decided that I have to bring my own.

Today however was an experience that makes me hesitant to go there again. It's school holidays, so busier than normal, but it wasn't as full as I've seen other play centres... When I arrived I had to stand and wait for probably about 2 minutes for someone to come and let me pay for entry - there was nobody behind the counter. Finally someone appeared, I paid and we went in. I was meeting up with 2 friends and their kids, so after a little while we ordered lunch...

The 3 of us were standing in line to order. I was last in line and there was nobody behind me. My friends placed their orders, and when I stepped up the woman behind the counter said she'd be with me in a few minutes and walked off. Now I find that extremely rude. My friend called out to her that I was on the same table and just wanted to quickly place my order, but the woman said she had orders to do, and walked off again. The woman who was at the entry had spent the entire time sitting at the desk infront of a laptop, despite the fact that the woman taking food orders was obviously run off her feet. I did not see her help out at all - so they only had one active member of staff. I ended up sitting back down and waiting for about 5 minutes before the woman was able to take my order (which took less than a minute to do).

Half an hour later, one of my friends received half of their order.....so half of our group of kids sat there eating while the other half had to wait, and the kids that did get food only got a portion of what they should have. Eventually it took so long we sent the other kids to go off and play again and we'd call them back when their food arrived. Nearly half an hour after that, our food finally arrived (and not long after that, the remaining part of my friend's order arrived). 2 other tables had ordered after us, and got their food before ours. We were only ordering nuggets and chips and wedges - nothing too time consuming. Having half a group of kids have to wait half an hour longer for their lunch - that's just not right! Especially since we had ordered the same thing at the same time!!!!!

Not only was the food very late, it was delivered to the table and almost thrown at us..... when we asked about the delay we got a snappy "well I'm very busy" (then they should have hired more staff - it's not our fault people wanted to order lunch at lunchtime!) Though they did at least have sour cream :) As if all that was not bad enough, the quality of the food was horrendous. I have never seen chicken nuggets that looked like that. They were so overcooked that they were dark brown and had holes in the crumbing - presumably where the chicken inside had dried up and shrunk, and the coating had fallen off in places. They were so bad that half the kids refused to even eat them! When the other half of my friend's order finally came, those nuggets were fine - not overcooked. The overcooked ones should not have been served, they were obviously appalling.

As well as the lunch debarcle, the carpet floor was revolting and sticky. You could feel your shoes sticking to it, and I've had to wash the soles of my shoes because whatever sticky thing was on it has stayed on the shoes and was making sticky sounds on my wooden floor at home. My friend's thong actually came off because it had stuck to the carpet!

and finally.... walking back to the car, there was water trickling across the carpark, and as I got closer I realised it was a broken sewer pipe, as you could see toilet paper coming out of it and the smell was obvious. So we had to jump over that to get back to the car. Now that may have happened while we were in the centre (I didn't notice it going in, but there were cars parked over it when we went in), but there were no pieces of broken pipe around.

All in all, not the most enjoyable play centre trip I've ever had.
