Big play centre, good mix of equipment for older and younger children, lots of room to run around. Nice and clean. They don't have a proper coffee machine, so the coffee is pretty bad. Also really expensive and they charge more on holiday.

I like coming to this play centre. It has a lot of activities for the kids, with different areas for different ages. The food is reasonably priced. It does get very warm in there in Summer. They also have a loyalty card. This is on my list to visit.

Booked a table for a mother's group for 11am - as clearly stated on the website
"Discount Rates Available For Groups of 6 Children Or More."
First family arrived at 11.08am to be told they'd given our table away because we were late and there was no discount to the entry fee because it has to be 6 or more adults...then when we questioned this we were told that they don't take bookings on school holidays.
We had no choice other than to pay the full price and try and find a table...we had 8 children with us who were standing at the gate waiting to get in.
Play area was good - school holidays so lots of kids.
I would have liked to have seen a separate baby/toddler area in the main play space instead of being tucked away underneath the big kid's structure...and right next door to the children's toilet. They used to have one set up right in front of the tables when it was Play Days but it's not there any more.
Don't think the high chairs are cleaned very regularly let alone the play equipment, as they state on their website.
Food took a long time to arrive but it was very busy and only 3 staff working on school holidays.
Food is quite reasonably priced yet I think the drinks (which the kids need moreso than food because of how hot and thirsty they get) are overpriced for what they are.
Toilets for the children to use independently but no clear signage on the door.
Overall a good play centre but when a group booking is made and a price quoted then they should in all fairness honour it and then take it up with whatever staff member took the booking & gave the customer the 'wrong' information. Seemed like they relied on the fact that we weren't going to walk away once our children were standing in the venue and wanting to enter which is cheeky of them.

This is a fantastic children's play centre by day & an Indoor Sports centre by night. As you'd imagine, the play area is massive with heaps of space for the kids to move around in without bumping into each other all the time. There is a large selection of ride-on trikes/cars, mats, padded shapes, walking planks, climbing stuff, ball pits, swings etc. It also has a huge blow-up bouncy slide (similar to a jumping castle). For the slightly older kids, there is a separate area with more advanced climbing stuff & bigger trampolines etc.

We recently went to this centre, and I was quite impressed. At first it seems to be quite empty, but there is actually a lot for the kids to do, more than other centres I've been to. They also have a loyalty card. You need to take the kids shoes off and leave them at the front counter which is a little weird at first, but it saves you having to hunt from them when its time to go!

They are an indoor sports centre, and during the day they bring out toys and things onto one of the courts, then pack it up at night for the sports. So there is a large area for running around and riding on the bikes. Plenty of room! The fact it's such a large space is what makes it look a bit empty at first, but it means its not crowded like smaller centres.

To the side they have the standard (permanent) multi-level climbing equipment/slides that you find in most other play centres, and this one has a trampoline instead of a ball pit. Also a small soft baby area with some different activities.

Then there is the court area, which has a giant inflatable slide, various padded mats and padded tunnels and things, some older kid trikes and scooters as well as the younger kids cars, a cubby house... and even a flying fox with tumble mats under it and a small (portable) ball pit at the end. At the far end there are 3 of the toddler "rollercoaster" ride things (sit on a car on a bumpy track).

For the parents there are large tables with full view of everything. So it's especially good for larger groups of people.

When we were there they had run out of chips, so we ordered wedges, and they had run out of sour cream, so we were not impressed with that, but other than that, we had a great time. Everything seemed clean and the service wasn't too slow.

There is a special toilet room for the little kids, with small toilets (no doors on the stalls) and a low trough sink, so most over 4 year olds will be able to take themselves off to the toilet without help.

We had a get together with several kids, ranging from around 12 months to around 9 years old (covering most ages inbetween), and all appeared to have a blast!
