My name is Robyn and I have had an account with Yuillies Street for a few years now. In September 2023 I noticed that Yuilles Street charged me $331.95 for my storage when in actual fact it should have been $230.00 on 17 July 2023. I bought the discrepancy directly to Yuillies Street, I contacted them and spoke a Billie who was less than helpful, in fact she asked if I knew a person named Paul Hughes, so I assumed that they charged me for this persons storage. I then asked Billie to give me the name again, she bluntly refused, however I thought I I remembered it. Not helpful at all, it was like I was in the wrong. I emailed her to suggest that Yuilles Street Storage charged me for Paul Hughes storage.

I contacted them on more that one occasion, via email and phone, on September 19th during discussions about this overcharge, Billie hung up in my ear, which I then sent an email saying I was not happy with that, immature!!!
I still have not received my money back. This was a monthly Credit Card debit, they will not return the funds to my credit card, for whatever reason they are now asking for my banking details now which I am very reluctant to give them, given the confusion with somebody elses Credit Card.

I again rang today, 13/10/2023 spoke Billie once again who got very defensive and refused to discuss this issue with me, she advised that her supervisor would call me. This didn't happen, Yuilles Street still have my money and it is my intention to contact ASIC in order to get my credit back. One would think Billie would bend over backwards having made such a mistake as this.
