Devastated!
I ask for a nice cut showed a picture I was then given a fringe where there was no fringe shown it was also cut way to short at the back she gave a lob where the pic was not a lob .
My highlights I asked for clean blonde highlights with some lowlights for a bit of shadow at the root : the hair dresser dyed from root to end with dark grey permanent dye into my already highlighted hair . My highlights have a cm gap to my scalp do I already have regrowth look
I am devastated especially this fringe I mean how am I growing to grow that out . I have long side bangs and she cuts into a short fringe , who does that without asking?
This is going to take a year to grow out !

I highly recommend them as I have been going there for over 3 years now and they always have done a fantastic job. All the staff are friendly and listen to what you want and also give you great advise if you need it. All my friends comment on how great my hair looks and even strangers when I shop or walk down the street, ask me where I get my hair done. So ignore SLCB's comments they must have been having a bad day and took it out on them. Honestly I have been to many salons in the past and I would not change ever again they truly are the best and very reasonable for the quality and service you get.

The staff are really friendly and they helped me figure out what I wanted. My colour and cut turned out fantastic. I love it...and so does everyone else. I get so many complements by family, friends and strangers! Good selection of music, gossip/fashion magazines and great coffee. Everything a girl (or guy) could want from a hair salon. The hairdresser also demonstrated how to style my new cut myself at home and it is so easy and really helped me out. The staff at Zealous on High are very professional, genuinely caring and really helpful.

I wasn't greeted by any of the staff that looked after me and the only time they said more than 0 words was when I canceled my dry and cut after getting my hair dyed. Unless they improve their skills with customers I do not recommend them at all.
