Poor Zen, it really wasn't their day when I visited. They were running substantially behind, and looked busy and frazzled - I was told without a lot of apology "Saturdays are hit and miss" (which made me think, I'll never be back on a Saturday!). The treatment room I was taken to was nice enough, but there was a constant electrical buzzing in the room, possibly coming from the light...which would normally be covered by the music but that wasn't working either! It kept turning on and off (I was told the girls were trying to fix it but they didn't appear to during the hour I was there). I found this distracting and I didn't relax the whole time. The window was open in the room which let in the noise off the street and at times a chilly breeze. The massage itself was pretty good and the massage therapist was lovely...but for $95, I expected a more impressive experience. I hope I just got them on a bad day, but I don't think I will be back. Overall, just doesn't hold a candle to Endota in Albury, especially given they are about the same price - head straight there would be my advice.

Approximate cost: $95.00

I have been to Zen before and have enjoyed it, I have had haircuts and massages there. I phoned up and wanted a hair appointment that day or the next and they said I could come down right then and there if i was free, which i was, so I got my appointment straight away. I was ushered right in and had my hair washed and cut etc. The service was great, you can have any free beverage off their list if you want, they care about their customers. My hairdresser gave me some good tips for my hair-type: I shouldn't get short layers because my hair is too thin, so keep it all the same length etc. The only thing I can complain about is the price, I think it is a little overpriced for just a simple haircut, but I go back to Zen because I feel welcome there.

Approximate cost: $60

hey do great couples massages and theyre really firendly. They ask if you prefer a male or female massues and provide accordingly. It's one of those places you could stay all day and never leave. Friendly staff and reasonable rates.

Approximate cost: $70/hour
