Booked a massage on 23/03/2017 and when I go the location in Richmond there was no female therapist as I have requested when I made the booking. I demanded a refund. This girl [redacted personal identifier] sent me a SMS saying that I will be getting a refund from this number 0449900581. Until 29/03/2017 I received no refund. I contacted the staff member again and managed to spoke to her and she said she will not help me. I have to contact Scoopon myself. I spoke to the manager and asked her to give me something in writing via email so I can forward it to Scoopon via email and she refused. I saw in my Scoopon app that Zen has redeemed my voucher, however the staff member said she did not redeem. Please do not go there! Zen is trying to cheat customers' money. Customer service is a joke to them. Management argued with me during the call. I have wasted so much energy and time with them without any result.
I have contacted Scoopon and hoping that Zen Element will be black listed from the site for trying to cheat both Scoopon and the customer.
The man who did my massage knew what he was doing and gave a good therapeutic massage. I was very appreciative and will go again. They try hard to keep the customer happy.
