I recently had excruciating lower back pain, couldn't sleep or drive my car without being in agony. I walked in to Zen Massage for a 30 minute massage and my back and spine were so sore in nearly every part. Two of the staff worked on me, the girl on my neck and shoulders and the man on my lower back and the bottom of my spine. The man later got me to use a wooden bench and I had to put one leg up on the frame and with the other leg, he gently pulled it, this was to stretch my body and get it out of its 'frozen' muscle behaviour. My appointment was originally 30 mins but coz they could see I was in so much pain, they spent extra with me (nearly an hour) for no extra cost. I went back the next day for another massage and by that night, I was good as new again. I would thoroughly recommend this shop; the man in particular, seemed to have a very holistic medical knowledge, even suggesting I do other things eg make sure I get enough sleep, diet, etc.
