To be honest I booked an appointment at Zipzipwax out of pure desperation!
I've been going to my wax lady for the past 3 years, but she's hard to get to now that I work in the city and she only works until 7pm one night a week!
I tried zipzipwax and will now never go anywhere else!
Nicky was so welcoming and made me feel right at home and super relaxed.
The wax she uses is amazing and didn't hurt at all!
Her prices are very reasonable and her online booking system made booking an appointment a breeze!
She's open until 7pm every night which is a bonus too!

Zipzip offers an amazingly useful and easy to use online booking system which makes it really easy to book your waxing appointment at work without having to have a loud phone conversation about the details!
The waxer is incredibly friendly, very proud of her business and really strong on customer service. She is very fast and efficient, with a very professional manner. The price is also great for the heart of the city (Brazillian wax $35).
The only downside was the quality of the waxing, as I realised afterwards that there were a number of 'stray hairs' remaining. I'm more than happy to try the service again though to see if this can be improved.
